“Bed delivered but mattress has currently gone awol! No one seems to know what’s happened, how can you loose a mattress?? I was told someone would ring me back with an update before 5 pm tonight but still waiting for call. Let’s see what tomorrow brings!”

“Delivery was very quick and they were most kind and careful. I bought a table from you which I love. I found the instructions very vague, the pictures could be a lot bigger to be self explanatory. Some spring washers were missing.”

“Bed came next day after some problems i had with another company So needed one fast. Delivery people were helpful and bed is lovely for the price! Also brought a chair. From here since and thats stunning quality too. Planning on getting the ottoman for our bed now. 100% would recommend. Cant fault”

“Im so happy with my cupboard,it's exactly as you see in picture.The quality is really good and was easy to assemble.just be aware it clmes in two deliveries as two packages about two days apart.”

“Delivered in 24hrs, assembled the next day took 3hrs, easy very detailed english instructions easy to follow, no bits missing broken or damaged. Not like other companies that are falling behind.”

“I rarely write reviews but I was honestly so impressed with the communication I received, updates on delivery, speed of delivery and finally the product. “Apart from a change in delivery date, I cannot fault this company. I purchased a king size bed which was delivered by a very pleasant, efficient young man. It was fairly easy to put together and looks beautiful in our newly refurbed bedroom. The bed itself is good quality and seems solid. I'd certainly buy from furniture 123 again”

“I have recently purchased 3 chests of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets from Furniture 123. They arrived on the due date and the driver telephoned about an hour before they delivered. It was all very efficient. The price I paid for the items is reflected in the quality. They are solid and glamorous and worth every penny. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and the items have completely transformed my bedroom. I highly recommend this Company and would buy off them again. Thank you Furniture 123.”

“Very happy with my tv unit had a bit of a problem with delivery due to stock but furniture 123 get me updated weekly would highly recommend there furniture it's of high quality and looks lovely , no problems at all with assemble all part were numbered so was straight forward to put together Looks more expensive than I actually paid”

“Really happy with the two mink velvet chairs. They are good quality and value for money. Had a minor issue with some screws being missing but that was resolved very quickly with a new set sent out within days. Overall very happy!”
