“Ordered a bed for next day delivery this was a premium charge , received a text to say it would not be delivered. They will let me know when within 48 hours when they can deliver, very poor customer service having paid for something and made the necessary arrangements only to be let down on the day. Have tried calling customer service which really is just a waste of time as you can not get through (3 hours trying). Sent email but had no response from that either. Will try and cancel the order when I can finally speak to someone.”

“I ordered the Dynamo bed. It arrived the next day. The delivery guy rang me to check I was at home to receive it and gave me an hour delivery slot. The bed was very well packaged and was in perfect condition. It went together very easily using instructions that were easy to follow. The bed is very sturdy and excellent value for money.”

“Pretty nice bunk bed. Took my husband a few hours to build (although he did have some 'help' from our kids) Not altogthter that substantial (side rails on top bunk are pretty bendable!!) Some of the pre drilled holes are a little off and meant the top rail at the foot end of one of the beds didn't sit flush but we have doctored it satisfactorily. That said, it's a good budget bed, probably only outdone if we were to spend twice the price. Would we buy this again? I'd say yes if our budget was the same. Delivery. We got a 3 hour timeslot the evening before which was helpful although the "driver will call 30 mins before" didn't happen but luckily they arrived before the afternoon school run so I was home.”

“Beautiful bed. Really nice quality material and design. I accidentally chose incorrect delivery option as I was in work, and when I called the lady I spoke to had the bed delivered the next day. Amazing.”
