“very solid when built. Simple to build if you arrange your bags in alphabetical order and follow instructions. I used a small electric friver to save on my wrist action. I'd like the bedside cabinets when i can get enough money together”

“They were delayed by a few hours, but did phone to inform me. They carried the heavy furniture upstairs thankfully, around some difficult corners though unfortunately this did result in a couple of scratches/marks on the wall. I doubt this was unavoidable though given the space. They were polite and efficient. The furniture was in perfect condition.”

“I couldn't assemble the table by following the instructions. I had to lay the parts out and figure it out myself. One of the bolts has not fastened a leg despite being adjusted to the full extent, also the alum fitment has smoothed so removing it will be tricky. On another leg I heard wood cracking even tho the bolt still had an inch or so to go before being flush. I now have a wobbly table, but it is against a wall so not a total failure. I would not buy another one. Lovely finish and it arrived on time.”

“I place an order for two bedside tables that was suppose to be delivered a week later. Received a email the next day saying the payment has been taken and the item will be delivered almost THREE MONTHS later. The only way of calling this company is via a premium telephone number. When calling I was put on hold for almost 30 min. Awful awful service. Beware and stay clear!”

“Great service...until the piece of furniture broke within 2 weeks of use. From that point onwards, customer service was appalling. A point blank refusal to replace the piece of furniture and an offer of 50% refund....not much use when it is impossible to lie on the bed. Avoid.”

“The whole process was really simple. The bed being so cheap we expected cheap quality but was blown away by how high quality the bed was. The material is of a high quality, the structure and welds again excellent/ Delivery drivers were on time and brought the bed in, opened up the boxes to check no damage in transit. Really simple bed to assemble and a very happy customer. Thanks you!”

“The service was very good, very easy and always giving great communication throughout the process. The item was very well priced and is of good quality.
