“Very economical and nice purchase”

“Delivery happened when they said it would and the company was fine. I'd read some bad reviews so was a little apprehensive but they did everything well, were on time and I have no complaints. The piece is good, is isnt without imperfections but I assumed that due to the fact it's all handmade and also the price. Unless you're looking at it really closely you cant see anything.”

“Lovely furniture but would have appreciated the component parts being labelled A B C etc. I think that screw hole covers should have been supplied as a matter of course to conceal cam and dowel fittings Delivery on time and efficient. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.”

“I though your service was very good and delivery was also very good. Only issue i did have was that the product i bought was advertised as Free Delivery but i was charged £39.99 delivery charge. When i went and checked my product out there was no option for free delivery.”

“Our experience with furniture 123 was good. The delivery was on time, the product is of good quality and comfortable (we got an ottoman bed). The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the assembly. We actually hired someone to assemble it and it took him twice as long as it normally takes him to assemble such an item from other companies. He said the instructions were very poorly written and very confusing. Once it was finally assembled, we were happy with it.”

“I’m absolutely delighted with the tv unit recently purchased, it’s very sturdy and looks great. My husband commented on how diligent the delivery men were. Easy to assemble with no damaged or missing parts. It’s a shame the tv I ordered from another company to sit on the unit didn’t arrive in the same condition. Well done for great service, I’ll be back again!”
