“Great service, start to finish. Kept up to date with delivery and eta was really helpful. Called 15 mins before. Our bed arrived well packaged and with good instructions. The bed is lovely and really completes our bedroom! Would recommend and use again.”

“We ordered our daughters first ‘big girl bed’ and have been delighted with it. All items delivered on time and the instructions were excellent. We put it together with her, encouraging her to count out the bolts and screws for us, even putting in a few parts herself. She loves using the slide and had made her own den under the mid sleeper. Would buy from here again and would recommend this bed.”

“Very good communication, beautiful piece of furniture, very happy with it, we couldn’t find anything like it in shops, it’s exactly what we were after. The only thing I would say is that the website was showing earliest delivery 31st December (3 months time) which could have deterred us from placing the order however we received the goods within 3 days!”

“I ordered 3 chest of drawers. The quality of the wood was good and the chest of drawers are very solid. The drawers are good in depth and width so can hold a good amount of clothes. Can not fault the furniture, great price and quality. The furniture got delivered undamaged and with quick delivery. The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful.”

“We recently purchased two items, a large grey oak Adeline TV stand and matching nest of tables, both items are as described and of excellent quality, delivery was bang on schedule and after speaking to customer services to change the date at my request everything went as expected. Overall this was a great customer service experience from start to finish, will buy again.”

“Fire looks great but not had it fitted yet. The control was damaged when we opened it but customer service was excellent. I called on Wednesday and received replacement control the following day. Excellent service”
