“The gloss white table & chairs look better than expected. The chairs are lightweight and easy to move! The table looks modern and classy. Definitely recommend.”

“This is a great shop! The furniture we've bought so far has been amazing, such good value and quality too and we've now ordered quite a few bits of bedroom and lounge furniture and not been disappointed in any of it. I would've given 5 stars but one of our deliveries had a missing wardrobe which we were desperate for, having just moved house. This didn't arrive until a week later which was probably more the fault of the carriers. I'd certainly shop with Furniture 123 again.”

“First time using Furniture 123. A bit apprehensive at first as it was such a large purchase for me. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was when I wanted it. The delivery drivers were exceptional and very helpful. The furniture itself was outstanding, fantastically well made. Sturdy and of great qaulity. Online description was on point. Highly recommend Furniture 123. Thank you.”

“This is the first time I have ordered furniture on-line, I was struggling to find a tv unit big enough and with hidden storage. I am so pleased with how it looks in our newly decorated room! My husband built it and he is quite handy so it didn't take him as long as some of the other reviews. Nevertheless he did have to drill some new holes as the pre-drilled did not align up the drawers. This is clearly a fault with the design as others have also made the same comment.”

“A fantastic product at a great price. Great quality and sturdy. Very happy. The only criticism is that the instructions could have been clearer at times. My husband made the bunk beds in his own and it took him around 5 hours, but that included time spent rectifying mistakes made due to slightly vague instructions!”

“Ordered the safina wing bed velvet and was so happy i did the price was great, amazing quality bed I ordered it for a Saturday and i got a call from the driver 20 minutes before they would arrive! Would definitely recommend anyone to this site!”

“An excellent product and value for money. Arrived when they said it would. We had to contact customer service because we'd made an error when entering the delivery address. The guy we spoke to was courteous knowledgeable and helped us resolve the issue. We would definitely buy from them again.”

“Quality and finish of the trundle bed was lovey. Very good value for money. Delivery was a few weeks after the order was placed but was convenient and I was given a time slot the day before and a call half hour before arrival.”

“Was delivered 9 days after order placed. Told between 9.15 and 10.15 arrived at 9.17 so impressed with that. All good couple parts damaged but managed to conceal them, apart from that very pleased.”

“The only thing i felt was shipping details should have been included clearly in the ad's, However after a quick email via their site, i was assured of the delivery date , after reading other peoples reviews, i chose the standard delivery and had not a jot of worry Tracking details etc came with approx time of delivery, personally i found them very helpful and informative”
