If I could give zero stars I would!! Do not go near this company I ordered plants 10th April and still not received my order I have sent three or four ticket requests (this is the only way of contacting) one automated response back they should NOT be taking any further orders until they fulfill the outstanding orders still to be dispatched they have lost so much business from potential returning customers I would never use this company EVER AGAIN

Finally got my plants after waiting for 4 weeks. The plants are of terrible quality- I will never buy from them again. I hope they survive as they look half dead, what a waste of money!

We ordered a maple tree 4 weeks ago, at the time they said it would only take 15 days to be delivered,after 3 weeks we emailed them and heard nothing well today it turned up looking like it had been in that box for the whole month we have been waiting for it. As you can see from the pic it is not what I was expecting. Will not be using this company again.

Ordered back on 8th April so over a month ago and still no plants have been delivered. Have not had any communication from the company whatsoever! Awful customer service!! Should not of taken my money if they could not fulfill the order! AWFUL COMPANY - AVOID!!!

2 x lilac bush - took 6 weeks to arrive No response when trying to contact to chase up delivery. Customer service non existent. Arrived today - Very sorry looking plants - total waste of money. Have planted but will be very surprised if they survive. Will NEVER use Gardening Express again and would strongly advise everyone to steer well clear. Would have given 0 stars if that was possible.

I don’t want to leave a review, but a comment .... like everyone else on here,I am awaiting delivery of my £100+ order, and note all the comments - however, I suggest you all take a look at the company’s Facebook page, where frequent updates are being given. Today’s update states that they are currently despatching orders from8th/9th April. My order was placed 16th April, so I won’t post a negative review yet, as I believe the FB updates are genuine. Hope you all enjoy your plants when you receive them

I like many others on here have ordered plants on April 10th, expecting to have them delivered within 10 to 15 days..but nothing, only an automated reply to my emails, no phone number to call. They were quick enough to take my £63...but it looks like we all been conned,. Why has no one reported this to a newspaper yet?

Scam fake dont use garden exspress will take your money deliver nothing no way of contacting them dont answer tickets . will tell everyone about this scam

Order from 08/04/20. No delivery, money taken. Ticket raised to cancel order and reported to cc company for refund. Reported to trading standards! Avoid!!

I would just like to ask you all to be patient. Gardening Express is doing the best they can at the moment. I have just received my order that I ordered at the beginning of April. Very happy. Be patient.

Exactly the same as everyone on here. This company is atrocious I ordered early April - nothing I shall be claiming my money back from the card company avoid gardening express they do not deliver!!!!!

Quick to take charge credit card on 10 April then nothing - no plants. Have emailed 3 times now to cancel order but they fail to respond. One generic email received saying we haven’t forgotten you but due to corona virus slow delivery etc... ordered plants from a couple of other suppliers and plants arrived within 10 days so it can be done. No contact number - overall terrible customer service avoid at all costs

Placed this order 9th april and paid, still no sign of order and not able to contact them. I fear I have lost my money? I don't think they have any intention of fulfilling this order! Never deal with this company!

Same experience. No communication despite emails, 'tickets', FB and Twitter plea. Nothing, except to block me. Eventually, 5 weeks later my account info altered very slightly. Still 'processing' but now 're-order option. When I clicked that link it showed that 4 of 5 items are 'out of stock'! No refund option. No email communication and Gardening Express have now asked Trustpilot to investigate my review. Please, please be aware that a few are lucky but many appear to have lost their money. I don't know if I will EVER see my money again.

Ordered on the 17th April , took my money and no delivery , an email saying we are taking on more staff - not good enough . Don’t take the orders if you can’t supply the goods in the 15 working days as stated . Steer clear .
