Still waiting 3 weeks later. No communication, unable to contact. Absolutely shocking. I know all companies are going through a hard time at the moment but I don’t believe there should be a delay this long. I have a friend who ordered a small tree from the USA around the same time I placed my order-their’s has already turned up!

Keep well away. Take your money....then can’t get you a lead time for delivery..... then ignore your tickets on their customer service portal....only reply when you write negative feedback saying create a ticket and they are a family business. I tried to support this family business and they are taking orders they either can’t fulfil or have no intention of doing so. Like I said stay well away.

Awful service, I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still haven't received it, I've tried to contact them and you get an automated response, impossible to cancel the order even though it's still processing. Now I've read the reviews I wish I hadn't ordered from these definitely will not use again

Same situation Ordered over 150 pounds worth of plants on the 11th april. No plants. No response to tickets raised. Tried to email to cancel order no response to that either. Am trying now to get a refund through my credit card company. Fraudsters and low life robbers and they are still taking orders and peoples money. Its unbelievable that they are still able to trade!

I placed my order on the 15th April, money taken immediately. I was told delivery in 5days.... nothing and no sign of my order. Sent enquiry only to receive auto response. You cannot get in touch with them and have no idea when my order will or even if it will arrive. Would not reccommend and will never use again.

You should be reported to the trading standards agency, and all the people who have been treated so badly should do just that

Ordered plants in April, no response to queries apart from automated ones. Have asked on more than one occasion for a refund but nothing yet. Very difficult to get hold of or a proper response to queries. Latest is they said shipped to courier but courier has nothing from them when I checked. I should have read these reviews before ordering and definitely wouldn't order again. I know times are difficult for everyone and I have been patient but their response is not good

Do not order from them. My experience the same as many. No news on original order after nearly 5 weeks - no response to any form of communication. I had forgotten 1 item so unfortunately placed a 2nd order a few days later. This did arrive after 3 weeks pretty much dead (expensive compost!) - and as instructed sent details and photos, no response. No option on line to cancel the original order. Shameful when so many people are trying to make the best of a bad situation, are financially impacted and turning to their gardens for consolation. Do the decent thing, and what some other companies have done. Simply say you are unable to fulfill orders at the moment. Unfortunately my bank have chosen this time to withdraw the facility to complete a claim form in these circumstances. But that is for another review.

Ordered 8th April. Paid for. Still waiting. Opened a support ticket twice without any help. Asked for refund, no reply. I've ordered plants in the same period from other online companies and received without problem. Learned my lesson. Will never deal with them again.

Need closing down fraudsters. Still taking money of people at this time what we are all experiencing should be ashamed of yourselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Impossible to get hold of them, phone disabled. Took my money early April, no plants of course, what a company! It also sounds as if the plants are absolute rubbish, what can anyone do?

Placed an order on the 12th April, got confirmation through and money taken out. Still no plants. No response to the ticket system. Tried to cancel order, can’t get through to anyone at all and messages ignored. Looking at the comments below, I’m going to attempt to get the money back through my bank. Wish me luck!
