Awful communication. It's now 33 days since I ordered and nothing. No way of contacting them and I want an immediate refund.

Shocking. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Had to wait quite a while for delivery but was okay with that given the current virus situation. Plants arrived in a shockingly damaged box and plants inside too damaged. No phone number to call. No reply email address. Tried to send ticket but would not load. Took photos but unable to send them. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered my plants on the 8 April not received them yet! Can't contact them only through a computerized message system. Says they was despatched 4 days ago but the courier's have not received them yet. Complete liars

Further to my earlier submission, the telephone number Phone: 08448 044 253 given below, is not in service. What a surprise! The chat lines are also closed due to an unprecedented number of calls! I think I'll write to Mr. C Bonnett, address given by another customer below! Re the questions regarding communication with the company, there is no way of communicating with them, so what's the point in asking?

I ordered over £100 worth of plants on 11th April. Not a word, just the confirmatory email. No phone, no chat and no response to emails. This is unacceptable. Tracking says 'processing'. I can't cancel my order either. What is going on?

Still waiting for a delivery since my money was taken from my account on 16/04/2020. Very poor communication. ONLY a pre set automatic reply.

Horrid and stressful experience battered and dead plants delivered. No response to (date stamped) pictures of the problem just repetitive emails raising “ tickets “. Unfortunately I only discovered after ordering, that this company was bad before the virus impacted businesses and is now using this as an excuse to take its customer services to a complete low. Like others, I WILL be going to the small claims court, it’s now no longer about the value of the goods but the principle of not being ripped off. They will have to pay court costs when I win (which trust me I will ) as I have substantial evidence of their failings and a determination to stop them treating other people as a useful “ cash cow” at a time of crisis. I will also be contacting the newspapers which took their adverts and be alerting them to Gardening Express tactics. E McKie

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. I ordered £80 worth of plants on 10 April. Like so many of you, waited and waited and have tried to cancel my order twice through ticket communications and email. No response. I’m so angry, I intend to report them to Trading Standards. I would never use them again and would urge people not to order from them.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and no sign of delivery - no communication ignored my emails - I seem to have wasted over £50 with these jokers - I think they may be a scam company avoid at all costs.

I have had plants from them previously and was ok. However I am really unhappy that this occasion my orders has not arrived and it’s been nearly a month I am waiting. They won’t refund your money or send the item but putting you on hold by sending some automated emails . If you experience any problem with your order you will just loose your money. There’s no way you can contact them. To be honest I am fed up with them now and not going to use them anymore.

Placed order 15th April order confirmed and money taken, no sign of any plants, have tried to contact no answer, shocking service would advice anybody never deal with them I certainly won't ever again.

Very, very long delivery times 2-4 weeks. Sometimes the plants would arrive with 60% dried leaves.

Well I wish I has seen previous reviews before I ordered, maybe this will stop others buying from them, I placed an order on 12-04-2020 still nothing has arrived, impossible to contact them, no response to ticket trying to cancel order, they took money immediately I am now trying to get my money back luckily I paid with credit card, terrible customer service, do not order from this company.

I ordered plants on April 11th. They arrived today (5 weeks later) and are completely dead. There is no phone number to contact them. Complete waste of £60. They should be ashamed of themselves. Profiting from people in these difficult times. Please don't but from them.

In my opinion your company are worse than scammers. Unfortunately I am unable to give no stars, this company doesn't even deserve my time writing this review, but you the readers do. Don't buy from this company, they sold me a dead bare rooted tree and now won't respond to the tickets, the 5 year guarantee is worthless. This is the start Mr Christopher Bonnett, 1386 London Road, Leigh On Sea, Essex, England, SS9 2UJ director of Gardening Express, deal with your problems. Update 28 days on, I have had a call from them to send more photos, which I did 23 days ago, and no response since, they are a very poor company and I will never deal with them again, learn by my mistake and don't get scammed.

They are theives. Take money and never see a plant delivered!!! Any response on Facebook is deleted unless it's positive!!! They shpul d be closed down!!! To think they have the cheek to sue otger companies for failing them when they behave like total sharks!!!!! They shpul d be shut down ...... It's time trading standards took control. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHARKS!!!!!!!!!
