Even allowing for lockdown, an order that was showing delivery within 5 days has taken over a month and the first order arrived and half the plants were damaged. They were packed tight on top of the others so everything was snapped off/broken. I'm not sure they've actually sent the right plant either. I have submitted two tickets - they no longer take phone calls - and weeks have gone past with no reply. No idea if I'll ever get my second order and clearly they don't care the first one was delivered in such bad condition due to the packing at their end. I would not use this company again.

Why dosnt trading standards do something about Chris bonnet of gardening express most of his customers are elderly and can’t afford to lose money .he should be done for fraud

it has been 5 weeks since I ordered nearly £200 worth of plants that have still to arrive. They dont respond to emails, to ticket queries, have no telephone number and appear in no hurry to refund my or even respond to my request to refund. I placed my order on the 10th April and it is now the middle of May. Nothing, no communication, no response no nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I placed my order on 14th April.Have tried to contact them by email ,they do not reply.There is no way of contacting them to find out the state of my order.Shocking customer service,this company should be investigated.

Still no plants or response to my inquiry. I got a message to say my plants are in transit nearly a week ago. So they’ll be dead! Yet you’ve taken £80 and not responded to my request for a refund. Dreadful business that should be reported even in this situation- clearly can’t cope with orders but don’t care if the money keeps rolling in

Order initially placed 5/4/20 and money taken immediately. Plants eventually delivered 28/4/20 and were mostly dead. They had initially removed the function to be able to contact customer service, this has since been reinstalled but I am still awaiting a reply from 2/5/20. Incredibly disappointing quality and service.

Absolute disgrace of a company!!! Do not go near them. They do not respond to my ticket requests. I have not received anything from them. My order went through on April 4th. They seem happy to take the money though!! I placed three orders in total and now trying to get a refund.

Tried to cancel an order, made by not totally good with tech, was refused so I now have 10 standard rose trees delivered, some of which aren’t the right colour!! Won’t ever recommend this company again

My order took 3 weeks to arrive and I understand that, however the rose bushes are dead (I mean stone dead) the tubers that I planted have not produced a single plant!! The worst part of this is that there is no way to get hold of them... SHAME ON YOU Garden Express. Come out of hiding and face up to the absolute rubbish you are sending out and for taking people for a ride! Don't go near them.

No sign of any goods or communication from Gardening Express. My credit card was billed more than 40 days ago. It is unfortunate that some firms like Gardening Express are exploiting the public at what is a difficult time for many during Covid-19.

In my opinion you and your company are worse than scammers. Unfortunately I am unable to give no stars, this company doesn't even deserve my time writing this review, but you the readers do. Don't buy from this company, they sold me a dead bare rooted tree and now won't respond to the tickets, the 5 year guarantee is worthless. This is the start Mr Christopher Bonnett, 1386 London Road, Leigh On Sea, Essex, England, SS9 2UJ director of Gardening Express, deal with your problems. In my opinion you and your company are worse than scammers. Update 23 days on, I have had a call from them to send more photos, which I did 17 days ago, and no response since, they are a very poor company and i will never deal with them again, learn by my mistake and don't get scammed.

Placed an order 5 weeks ago. No plants despatched from them and no refund either. Cannot get a reply through their service ticket system. I am thinking Gardening Express should be investigated by Trading Standards and their website closed down.

Ordered 10th April, order still has not been dispatched no way to contact them, this is theft do not buy from them!! I will be reporting them to bank as fraud.

Ordered on the 9th April and have tried the mental ticket system 3 timed to request a refund with no success. You cannot contact this company direct. The delete and block comments on social media and seem to have recently deleted their instagram account as couldnt keep up with all the negative comments. Trust pilot reviews full of fake 5 star reviews and noe they see blocking peoples reviews on that. Shocking! I have gone to consumer advice to support me contacting traiding standards

Same as everyone else I ordered on 10th April and raised a query after 4 weeks but like everyone else no response and no delivery They should not be continuing to take orders since they do not have the capacity to supply First and last time I will use this company

Awful customer service Waiting for my order for 6 weeks and still have not received numerous attempts to make contact and just ignored. Its so frustrating when companies take the money and do not deliver. I appreciate it’s challenging timees but we’re all in it ! If I could leave zero stars I would I never leave reviews but I feel so strongly with this company and the applying services I felt i had to let others know not to buy from this company Disgusted
