Avoid doing business with these people. I was made to invest $100,000 with high hopes of getting 30% returns. Unfortunately, I could not see my money in my wallet not to talk of the promised profits. Several attempts to contact them proved abortive. I had to write Email:: lilo__grace__75__(AT)__gmail__.__com ) for assistance and I am glad to put it out here that I have gotten my funds back.” you can also contact her on WhatsApp.+1-(60-5)-69-1-46-12

The worst company I've ever dealt with. I hugely regret going for the cheapest option on a price comparison website. I would urge anyone reading this to avoid, and go for the next option.

"When did scamming become legal?" I completely agree with the question, it feels like many people have asked this recently, especially with how insurance companies seem to operate these days. In particular, Admiral insurance is a prime example of this. If I could give a"zero"rating, I absolutely would, because this practices are nothing short of outrageous. I have recently experienced from being taken a big amount from my account because I hadn't been driving my car. I called to inquire, they told me that I was being charged because I hadn't informed them about my trip abroad. I've never heard of anyone being forced to pay because their car wasn't being driven-it's absolutely ridiculous! "Mr Admiral, if you're going to take my money, at least come up with a better excuse." Has anyone else experienced something like this? Does anyone have suggestions on how to challenge this and fight back? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Admiral Customer Service, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the way my recent claim has been handled. After being insured with Admiral for the past three years and paying nearly £21,000 in premiums, I expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately after 6 weeks Admiral not taking to me I don’t know what reason. They are asking to pay your access fee before we take the for repairs, it was no fault accident my car was parked and lorry damaged my car. my experience with your claims process has been nothing short of frustrating. I was involved in an accident on the 8th of last month, and despite my loyalty to Admiral, the service I have received has been inadequate. I lodged a complaint previously regarding the slow and ineffective handling of my claim, yet no meaningful action was taken. At that point, I was told I had to wait for the third-party liability to be established, which I did, only to experience further delays. Now that the liability has been accepted by the third party, I am shocked that Admiral's response was to simply return the car to me with the instruction to “repair it yourself.” Given my long-standing relationship with Admiral and the fact that this is my first claim, I find this resolution completely unacceptable. I trusted Admiral to manage this claim with the professionalism and efficiency that I assumed would come with a company of your stature. I am appalled by the lack of support and responsiveness throughout this process, and I would like to know what Admiral plans to do to rectify this situation. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience, as this matter has already caused me considerable inconvenience and stress. Yours sincerely, Saeed Babadi

Losing crypto online is too rampant these days, and scammers are getting more intelligent. That's why getting a legitimate expert on recovery of stolen crypto is so difficult without having scam experience. Most people have been scammed several times and they give up on their funds. I’m hereby to let all scam victims know that recovery is possible when you contact the right source, am saying this because I was a victim too. Until I read a helpful article talking about recovery I decided to DM (rose__hoover__90__AT__gmail__.__com) because quitters never win, Am glad I made the decision not to give up. indeed not giving up on anything in life will always lead to a better outcome. Absolutely shocking customer service .We had an accident and 5 days after endless phone calls from us and having to pay for a hire car even though we have courtesy car cover we are still non the closer to getting anything sorted . They have told us so many different versions from the numerous different customer service advisors !! The stress this has caused is beyond belief so avoid at all costs and use another insurance company who are helpful and give you the services you pay for

Terrible Experience with Admiral - Auto-Renewal Nightmare I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Admiral, and I feel compelled to warn others. Opting out of their auto-renewal process is a nightmare. Unlike almost every other online service I've used, Admiral doesn't allow you to simply uncheck a box to opt out of auto-renewal. Instead, you're forced to go through the hassle of contacting a chatbot or, worse, making a phone call. Who has time for that in this day and age? To add insult to injury, if you don't jump through their hoops, they'll double your premium! For such a large company, you'd think they'd operate with more transparency and fairness. This feels like a deliberate attempt to trap customers into paying more. It's incredibly disappointing, and I expected much better from Admiral. Avoid if you value your time and money.

Awful insurance company Awful insurance company. I passed last year and they quoted £2500 which I paid for the year and got my renewal quote this year which again got paid until they asked me to send my licence information that they had already been sent from year one. They then sent me an email detailing how they had me down as being passed for 3 years instead of one and I had to pay £660 on top of what I’ve paid this year. This was also just set up to all come out of my account at once in 2 weeks. I am a student full time, this type of thing can financially devastate people, especially students with little warning. I think it’s also important to note that I have a 0.9L car and I have no claims.

I have been trying to help my elderly Aunt with her insurance claim. I have been trying to talk to somebody for over three weeks. I have provided proof that I have POA so I can discuss her affairs and absolutely nobody will speak to me or put me through to someone who can help. Absolutely diabolical customer care.

Awful awful insurer to deal with Awful awful insurer to deal with. First they never ever get back to you, despite being told on the phone someone would contact me to discuss claim and complaint. Their excuse when I asked them to investigate was they couldn't locate the call recording so they can't comment/investigate. They really can't be bothered. Just got sent a generic letter that looked like a template someone was suppose to delete/select certain parts that person sending didn't even bother to do. Policies totally misleading, they don't honour hire car option that you pay for on the policy. Complaints process a joke. No confidence in them as an insurer, I went with them as they were supposed to give good customer service, but have to say worst service ever from an insurer, never have had any of these issues with other insurance companies/claims. DO NOT use Admiral, you will regret it if you ever have to make a claim, they really do not care about their customers at all.

We took out house insurance with them and payed for one year only in advance. Admiral automatically made it an auto renewal policy without letting us know and when the year we payed for ended and no new policy payment was made, they charged a cancellation fee. Seems to have happened to lots of other people online too. I actually tried to pay the cancellation fee when I got the letter but when I called the number I was always put through to someone in India who didn't understand the situation and then hung up. This happened 4 times so I thought it was a scam, especially since I never select auto renewal because they always double the price. Because I tried multiple times to pay, discuss it with someone and was so suspicious it was a scam, I gave up. I've now just had an email through from a debt collector saying I owe money and my credit score has been affected because I haven't payed the fee. Absolute joke. Cheers Admiral for nothing.

Admiral Insurance company is exellent untill you want to claim. I'm a customer of Admiral( car and household) for 6 years. Took a travel insurance with them last month. Not good when comes to claining !!!! Took them 30 seconds to take my money for the policy and then over a month back- and -forth ,phone calls - nothing resolved. In my opinion just looking for any excuse not to pay.Very ,very disapointing!!!

You cannot contact them at sensible hours, they automatically review and they hike the costs up. In comparison my wife's Tiguan is costing £473 on auto renewal vs cost of £830 from Admiral. What is going on with this company? I also had a no fault claim against BT Openreach, for hitting cables draping across an A road in the dark. Despite dashcam footage, police attending and BT Openreach acknowledging the claim, Admiral have not been able to recover my £675 excess.... Useless insurance company and avoid, which in previous years they have been good.

I have multicover with admiral and to date always received good service. Sadly a 90 minute call that resulted in mis-selling and quotes from the sales team given only minutes previously not being honoured followed by an offer to provide invalid insurance (provisional licence cover offered knowing my daughter has passed her test) I know longer trust admiral and will be removing all items under risk at the end of the policy. I await a formal response to my complaint.

Admiral are great until you want to claim. I insured my home and contents which included two tvs each insured for £1500 each. One was accident damaged significantly so I put a claim in. First their telephone number is working. Then to load via the portal the process is longwinded and not clearly explained. After a couple of days of trying to get sorted they finally offered me £500 less a £300 excess. For a 65 inch smart 4K tv. They claim that is like for like. Why would I pay to insure a TV for £1500 if they can just con me when coming to claim. Avoid them if you don’t want appalling customer service.

One of the worst Insurance company ever I had experienced. For the minor scratch, the third party insurance was submitted and the claim they approved was more than the vehicle cost itself. Since I'm a new car user, I wasn't aware much about this insurance company and I'm sure they are doing some scams for sure.

Flipkart launched the Admiral Tv and it's so so horrible. The back light bleeding is so much worse than any other brands I had tried. It's so bad that I thought it's damaged. When I asked for a refund the response was " This is not damaged, this is how the tv is." Now I am stuck with a crappy 43 inch tv taking up space.

Admiral make false and misleading claims when advertising their home insurance policies, namely that they will safeguard consumers from loss and damage which results from criminal activity. I have recently claimed after I was burgled. I provided clear video evidence to the Police and Admiral of criminal activity. The police dealt with the crime swiftly as a burglary - they have arrested and charged an individual. Admiral on the other hand worked to make convenient assumptions and speculations resulting in them refusing to pay out anything. I am now left with a bill of five figures and nothing to show for 7 years of work. Having been a loyal Admiral customer for car and home insurance for many years. Admiral claim to care about customer service but when they have opportunities to look after their customers in need they decided to put corporate interests first and simply state they are 'following process'. Avoid at all costs - awful company.
