“They are big scammer They change there decisions whenever they feel like biggest scammer they been agreed price once you take your vehicle from them they change there mind and offer you half of amount been agreed don’t use them beware”

“Ongoing clam for 8 months already. Them and their garage lie several times about the parts being in their position. They never call back and when you asked them a question they will call you back (like never) The whole story is big..but hey…the offer a check for 200£ for your trouble” (ongoing 8months without them fixing the car) I already cancelled one insurance with them and now thinking of saying : f•• it and cancel this one as well. Just rubbish”

“New to admiral after many years with a competitor. I attempted to change my vehicle on line but was advised this wasn’t allowed. I tried to call admiral but driven down the same route of automation dialogue. I then tried to cancel my policy but the same again. I put a complaint it but still waiting after 2 days to hear from them. This company is hard to do business with so voting with my feet. I’m out.”

“I chose Admiral because I genuinely believed they were a reputable insurance company. Imagine paying a company to handle a car accident, only for them to insist you chase the garage they recommend. The garage provided to me had the lowest reviews. When I called to complain, the Admiral representative, who handles complaints, defended the garage rather than supporting their customer. Surely, if all the reviews are bad, Admiral should call the garage to ensure they improve their services. But it seems if the garage is the cheapest, Admiral doesn't really care. The garage stated they could only pick up my car in 10 days, and until then, they couldn't provide a courtesy car. Picture being at home, with the police knocking at your door to inform you someone hit your parked car. They find the person and have their insurance details, except the name, which they only give to your insurance. You think it's sorted, only for Admiral to tell you that you have to chase the other company. How is that possible? I am still waiting for a response from Admiral. Having been in this country for 20 years and dealt with various insurance companies, Admiral is, at this moment, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I sincerely hope they contact me soon to address and rectify this situation. This experience has been highly frustrating and disappointing, especially from a company I placed my trust in. Customer service and support should always be a priority, and Admiral has clearly failed in this regard. I look forward to a prompt resolution to my issue.”

“I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with this investment platform in order to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. “Their goal is to deceive you into believing that you have invested in a profitable scheme, when in fact, you have been scammed and unable to withdraw your money. Despite losing over $155,800, I was fortunate enough to file a formal complaint with rosehoover 90 ( @ ) gmail com. . They promptly assisted me within a couple of days, and the situation was resolved satisfactorily. “Admiral are crooks. They do not want to pay you for any kind of delay/cancellation and will pull out any stops to avoid compensation. My flight was delayed 24+ hours and as per the policy I was entitled to... a mere £50 for my delay. It's taken a month and they have refused to pay my claim because the airline gave "multiple reasons" for the delay - including mechanical WHICH they agree to cover per policy. Did they? No. They gave some egregious response about one two delay reasons negating a claim - it doesn't say anything about this in my policy document. I will be submitting a complaint to the Ombudsman and cancelling my policy immediately. Believe me they do not want to help or pay you - take your insurance elsewhere!”

“One of the worst insurance company Which I get. First of all if you repair in your pocket they don't mention any pitfall. I payed my damage Which wasn't my fault and Now the don't pay for me Back. “After an accident 6 weeks ago I am still waiting for a resolution! a lack of contact & communication, this is 2024 & we have technology at our fingertips, yet a phonecall or email is too difficult for them! I am still without a car & any solution, disgusting lack of service, very quick to take your money when you upgrade your policy but lacking the other way round. I will never use Admiral again or ever recommend them to others!”

“I do not recommend Admiral car insurance to anyone. I had insurance for 3 years with them. I paid the highest insurance after the market, (every year instead of decreasing because I didn't have any accident or fine with points on the license) It increased every year. This year I had a very small incident in June and in August I decided to change the car. I called them to close the insurance because I sold the car, in addition to the fact that they kept me on the phone for 2 hours to call me that if I want to close the insurance I have to pay the full amount until the end of the term somewhere at £980, and I asked so I have to pay the full amount they told me that I have a claim on my name and it is still open. I stayed for another 30 minutes, transferring from one person to another until I hung up. I called the next day again, same 2 hours and no solution. And in the end they closed the label saying it was my fault and made me pay £750 which barely showed the scratch on the car (in case no checks were made) I called them N times and it was not resolved nothing. I also told them that I can't pay insurance further if I sold the car. I do not recommend and be very careful. With them they take your money for nothing per month as you have no advantage.”
