3 weeks passed after the incident. No courtesy car being arranged and engineer is too busy to review the case. Nothing can be progressed without the engineer start reviewing the case. Customer service try to help sending chaser everyday but no other option can offered to speed up the process. This insurance company is rubbish. Pls avoid.”

I have recently experienced from being taken a big amount from my account because I hadn't been driving my car. I called to inquire, they told me that I was being charged because I hadn't informed them about my trip abroad. I've never heard of anyone being forced to pay because their car wasn't being driven-it's absolutely ridiculous!
