The paranoia in you envisages some protracted wrangle, but speaking to your advisor to report the shunt my mind was put quickly at rest, and he even contacted the driver who hit me to get her side of the story and then got straight back to me. It is to her credit that she apologised to me for what was probably just a momentary loss of concentration, and my luck to be hit by a very pleasant and reasonable person, so the whole thing was able to be sorted out amicably. What made the whole process easier, though, was your advisor's efficient handling of the situation, ( I'm afraid I can't recall his name) and his clear instructions on what would happen next. Not long afterwards, I was returning the loan car and collecting my expertly repaired Vauxhall from Colchester Accident Repair. It was a model claim from start to finish, and I was very impressed with the service I received from Admiral, and your advisor in particular.”
