“After taking out policy they claimed I had motoring convictions which I had not declared. This was clearly wrong as I have never had any motoring convictions. This took some time to sort out with Admiral. No apology or explanation was provided by Admiral for their clear mistake!.”

“On line documents were provided but a set sent out in the post would have been helpful as the document attachments don't always open up when you want to access them and it nice to have a paper copy of refer to and it also ensures that everything has been set up correctly if postal confirmation is received.”
