The online price via a compare site was several hundred pounds cheaper. I went elsewhere and saved over £500 With another company.”

“I was quoted a great price as I was halfway filling the online form, and customer service rep from admiral (I believe a Welsh Company too!) phoned me saying he could help me complete the form on the telephone. I told him that on my previous insurance that I had a water leak and reported it to them. After talking to my previous insurers about the possibility of making a claim. Which I did not do ( I had the job repaired for £5.00 using my friend who is fully qualified!) After telling the admiral rep this he said he was going to make a record (I could hear him typing in) that would be seen by all insurers and if I remember he added £170 on top of the online quote,, just for me reporting the incident to my insurer without even making a claim! So no I cannot recommend this company to anyone. It was wrong for them to contact me in the middle of completing the online form on your site with a view to increasing the online quote.
