“Worse than awful. Household insurance pointless as accidental damage not included and this was not made clear when policy taken out. Unhelpful staff and surveyors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very disappointed.”

“Everything was made easy for me. Spoke to real person on phone when needed someone and she was jolly and helpful to deal with. No reservations about recommending firm to others. May have got them on particularly good day, but didn't believe so at time. More than half way through year and still no reason to change mind.”

“Due to unclear communication from the outset, sales selling a product that was not fit for purpose and the extortionate rates for a vehicle that does not move I was left at best dissatissfied and am expecting further disapointment at completion of the year”

“I have had years and years of driving and am always surprised by the cost of insurance just because I am treated as elderly even though I spent many hours of driving under the ROSPA diving flag of safety”

“I never claimed 15 years .recently motorbike hit my bumper now over 3 months they did not received any reply from other party insurance. They have kept my excess. they not repairing my damaged wheel. they recommended impact bodyshop they stole my parcel shelf also they damaged body paint and rear seat my car looks 15 years older.”
