“While most people here are rating their service for buying sa policy they should wait to see what happens if they have an accident. Then they will discover just how poor the AXA service is. You won't get your excess back as they like to keep this. They will not determine thrid party liability. You probably won't have any legal cover and it will be unlikely that you get a hire car. They might be cheaper sometimes but that is because the policy is worthless.”
“I called them yesterday as my current insurance company all be it impeccable did put my insurance up by £200. They also advised me my Dash Cam could take me off cover. I spoke with AXA who were very helpful and a lady called Lizzie agreed to call me back at 11am today which she did. I'm now only going to be paying £21.27 a month for 10 months. Well done AXA you stole me away from my current insurer purely on their price. Sorry KWIKFIT INSURANCE, maybe next year hey? Thanks AXA”
“Worse than awful. Household insurance pointless as accidental damage not included and this was not made clear when policy taken out. Unhelpful staff and surveyors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very disappointed.”
