“I was very happy to find this company.I have been with them since last june and thankfully have not had to make a claim.in view of my age I was pleased with the quote and hopefully the renewal in june will be as acceptable”

“Totally useless, abrupt people on the telephone who are very rude and have the attitude that nothing is down to them to resolve and if they can pass it to someone else or if it's not their fault then the quicker they can pass you off to someone else or blame someone else the better. Unwilling to help. Useless. I would definitely advise against using axa.”

“I have been driving for forty years. Never made a claim. Never had an accident. Because I had my car of the road for one year. I lost my no claims discount. And had to pay a high insurance price. I am very angry about that.”

“Responded very quickly to my accident claim. Car was repaired professionally. Curtesy car was provided. I can't fault this company in any way. There are cheaper companies but you get what you pay for.”

“AXA Insurance are OK. Not really much to review about them really. Only thing I will warn other motorist about is. Not that I have had to use AXA for a claim. But if you drive a car under 10 years old and it has full service history from the dealership. Most delearships offer 10 year protection on bodywork and protection against rust. If you do need to claim. AXA WONT send your car to the dealership to have it fixed properly. They use third party repairers. If you use these that 10 year warrenty is viod. Bit rubbish really. AXA reply was "we would pay a bit to wards it and you would have to make the rest of the money up".”

“Still waiting to be paid out 2 months after a straight forward accident with one of their members. The members car has been repaired but mine still await some money. most distgusting company I have come across.”
