“Please note Badal was my friend and neighbour and I helped him with his insurance online.
Sadly Badal passed away in February (His son advised you of this).
If there is any way you could stop the emails addressed to Badal I would be grateful.
I have only rated everything poor in the hope this gets more attention.
Thank You
Phil Methven”
“Easy to arrange. entirely online - print your own documents, good price. So far, I am very happy though, of course, you only really find our how good your insurance is when you make a claim.”
“My window screen needed replacing due to a stone chip, my policy stated that an excess of 75 pounds would apply, not a problem as most policy's require this but it turned out if I went ahead and claimed my years no claim would of been frozen, so for a 75 pound window screen claim I would of lost a whole year which I think is very unfair and is also making me think of changing insurance companies this year”
“axa is a poor provider in the way you get your documents, you have to download them yourself even though you tell them you are not computer literate. they are not interested they just want your money,. I will not go with tem again”
“As on-line insurers go I found Axa simple and easy to use. The paperwork was straightforward, easy to read and understand on-line. I easily printed off my Insurance Certificate and left the T&C's within the e-mail ready to re-use if the need did arise. I recently e-mailed Axa to ask that they not automatically renew my Car Insurance and they replied promptly to explain that it had been switched for manually re-insure.”
