I came to the school where I was s teacher, and a little millennial girl signed me up for a 401k. Once she had my account, I never got any other follow-ups or heard from her again until I was finally able to reach her by phone. After asking her my investment question, her answer was: "oh whatever you think." What a joke of an agent--and a company. I rolled my account to their competitor; been totally pleased.

AXA is quite good but on the other hand when it comes to renewal, they don't match the cheaper prices quoted on comparison websites. Although they offered me a cheaper renewal price.

It is the worst insurance company. Your claim will stuck there for more than a month and no feedback from the officer who is reviewing your claim. Their website is buggy and you cant even do any complain to them. They only good in keep trying to get contract signed by corporation to bring in revenue to them with mediocre services that is aligned to the contract.

I've been dealing with insurance companies all my life and this was the first time I opted for Axa falling for their sales guy. This is the worst experience in my life from an insurance company. Their only objective is to reject your claim at any cost. I was asked by the doctor to undergo surgery for a medical condition which I didn't know I was having although this started developing 2 yrs ago as per medical reports. They rejected the claim saying this is undeclared pre existing condition. Now I have to 11000 aed to do the surgery. If there was an option to rate them zero I would've done that. worst experience ever

Never again. Wasted money for nonexistent cover. This company keeps using some misleading names (Catlin, even though it stopped using that name in 2018). When you need to claim, they will make their utmost to never pay you. It seems like all that they are doing, is twist their words only to not pay you. People, there are lots of good insurers that are genuine and will protect you, but not this one. I was a victim and I'd like to inform you all about it.

Axa stinks. Once they had my account, they disappeared. I am a professional educated person, but the prissy little girl assinged as my "agent" was worthless. Rolled my money into National Life Group and have excellent service and advice.

A horrible administrative process leading to costs. Can not recommend it to anyone unless you like to be sent from one desk to the other without any results.

I recently bought a flight from esky for my family and myself as well as the travel insurance (cost = 10% of cost trip) by Axa advertised as covering cancellation for any given reason, also Covid. 3 days before the trip due to new restricitions we cancelled and asked a refund from the insurance company Axa, only to hear that in small letters in the contract is stated that cancellation due to pandemic is not covered. However in BIG letters in the advertisement was stated that it was covered. Numerous emails back and forward to esky and Axa resulted in Axa blaming esky (because the ad was placed on the website of esky) and esky blaming Axa because they don´t refund. as a result we lost the money from the trip as well as the insurance which was 100% useless. Very dishonoust conduct from esky as well as Axa.

Tried to tell me a cheapest version of Jeep Grand Cherokee was the same as the premium version. I had a Summit and they were saying a limited was the same when it came to paying out for like for like when you wrote of my car for a few small scratches on the front. Either they were hoping I was someone who knew very little about Cars or the engineer handling the offer was incompetent. In either case both are not acceptable. Cheapest price for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited is roughly £16,500 and cheapest Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit is £19,000. They offered around £16,000 and then sent links to a Limited Jeep.

Daily Sickness Insurance with AXA After being for 30 years full time working and never ever sick at any time, I went into burnout after having had a very challenging time in my job but also as a mother that needed to raise alone a child for more then 10 years without having any family resident in this country. I have been paying this insurance through my employer for decades and once you are vulnerable and sick and unable to go back to work - you will go through the hard sufferance way that AXA let's you fall down. The ever worst service experience I had by any kind of insurance in my life. They are rude, they are unprofessional, they do not answer any mails, they do not pay the money they should pay as of the agreement/insurance contract or pay to late without announcing it. They try to push you back to work, even 2 doctors will certify that you are unable to work and call you sick - and they will certify it on a monthly basis. Axa ignores it. As I said, I cannot recommend it to anyone and I hope that many people are reading this reviews and are taking the right decision, if companies like this are not supported they hopefully shrink until becoming insignificant... If I try to find a good point - I went through all my insurance contracts and cancelled whatever I had with them and when recently offered via the car dealer to have my car insured with them I could say with a good conscience - no thank you very much.

I was with AXA in Ireland for over 20+ years and it’s great to back back with a provider I trust so well.

Somebody took a picture of the back of my van from 25metres away and made a false claim against me. It is now 1 year ago and they still haven’t closed the case. They don’t respond to my emails asking for updates or my complaints. It’s not fair that this obviously fictitious claim has cost me money because it’s classed as a ‘fault’ accident until the case is closed. No evidence against me, no witnesses, no damage to my vehicle, no dashcam footage. Just one persons dreamt up story so they could get some money during lockdown. This is a disgrace.

Terrible. Involved in accident in October. Someone hit me from behind and they wrote my car off. Currently 26th of January and Axa still haven’t paid me the settlement. Don’t respond to emails, make me promises on the phone and then go ‘radio silent’ on me when I chase them up. I’ve been without a useable car for 4 months now! Causing endless amounts of stress. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Case still not settled and I have no idea what to do. Never use this company!!!
