I have been with you since 2008 you sent me a renewal quote of £200. I looked on the Internet and immediately halved the quote. I contacted your call centre and you immediately halved the quote with better terms. That's not what I call service to your loyal customers that's what I call being prepared to rip off those who have been with you the longest I stayed this year we shall see what you send me next I certainly will not believe your so called cheapest quote policy it's simply not true.

not very happy got my new insurance for my triumph rocket which was cheap but a week later I had a letter for bennetts to phone them when I did phone I find out that the insurance was setup wrong so had it cancel and a new one setup but cost me an extra £100 to insurance my bike the good thing is my bike is now insured

Buy your insurance with Bennetts and get a free subscription to Ride Magazine.So I did.Where is my magazine.Twice have I phoned to enquire - and on both occasions I was told "We will phone you back"This has been ongoing for about two weeks.No magazine and no call.My last phone call lasted for 33 minutes.All a waste of time.

I was quoted twice the amount that I paid the previous year. Placed one phone call and the price magically was returned to almost the same amount as before. I hate this attempt to dupe loyal customers into being victims of "Inertia" ( the pratice of having customers automatically renew again and again whilst not checking the new premium). Carol Nash did this to me and the third time I left them for Bennetts who were great for years.I hope this isn't a new trend.

Price ok but proving no claims inconvenient and could be troublesome for some. Why charge if you can't find it? What's the insurance database for? Cancellation charge is over the top and should be illegal! It's coming back to me why I left Bennetts years ago. Yes please do share on your site.

A money grabbing organisation that is more interested in taking your cash than working for its customers. I have been charged £30 for cancelling my policy that I was unaware that of it even being renewed one hour after having received the one and only communication from Bennetts in the post. According to the lady on the phone who was very well briefed on the policy small print I had been sent 2 reminders by post (neither received) and the one letter that I got was received 7 days after it was sent .You have my email address and I am sure that an automatic reminder could have been sent in this manner (I did get a reminder from Go compare.( Thanks Bennetts...)). I will do my best to reclaim my hard earned money from the C/C company but I do not hold out much hope.The reason I have awarded one star is because if I awarded 0 you may have thought that I had forgotten.I do hope this complaint comes to the notice of someone in authority.Max Linder

Personally I feel ripped off and hoodwinked by Bennetts and wouldn't reccomend them to anyone - even my worst enemy and will be writing to the ombudsman about my woeful experience.

Bennetts did not send my renewal papers and when I rang up the "Automatic Renewal" was going to be 3 times last years premium !!!Not a very good Insurance Brokerage!They then were able to bring my insurance in line with last years premiums and with the same insurer ??? but only because I rang up!!!!!Needless to say I have already cancelled this years automatic renewal scheme.Buyers beware of this loophole that they can exploit !!!!!!!

Wow! The cost of my policy was increased from £250.54 to £767.57. That's three times the price. I did not receive any notification of the increase. The money was taken from my credit card and the policy automatically renewed. That's what I call great service!!!

Staff were not helpful. Website is not very good as it should flag up important points when you fill in sections like the fact you need to pass your CBT within 30 days. There should also be an insurance that can insure my scooter so that I can keep it safe in the garage until the weather improves so I can get my CBT according to the staff on the phone this does not exist.
