“Best price quality/price on the market And half price than Direct Line with the same options + RAC recovery included Easy to access online I have choose Post Office car insurance which is under BISL umbrella Don’t believe.... go compare Direct line and AA got double in price for. The same service....”

“When went to renew price had risen from previous year. As soon as I said moving to new area gave post code for new development your operative said no history for that post code despite half estate being half occupied told we’d have to pay further £500 on top of renewal premium. Told to ring back when moved in, did so and told not £500 but extra £96 + £20 for change of address despite not making any claims in previous year. Feel ripped off and will question renewal when time rolls around.”
