“Contacted Budget Insurance for a renewal quote which turned out to be dearer than other quotes l had received. Contacted them again and received a satisfactory quote which l accepted. The people l spoke to were very helpful and polite. Thanks.”

“U renewed my policy without even asking once if i wanted to or not, you then immediately sent a a debt collection company to colect the first payment of said policy i didnt want. Your scum”

“We were with budget for many many years had everything covered by them. After finding out they up our insurance cover we were paying more than NRMA !! We called to see if we could get a better rate, only to be told thats only for the new clients, really how about looking after your dedicated clients !! So we closed up shop and moved all our insurance to the cheaper one yes NRMA”

“Had an issue with a renewal payment due to my existing debit card running out; subsequently charged £20 for the missed payment. I would have cancelled the policy if it weren't for the ridiculous £60 cancellation fee. After this experience I wouldn't recommend using the company to anybody and I'll certainly avoid in the future.”

“I get this email to leave a review and within 1 minute I get an email from Dial Direct who I have never had any business with asking to leave a review. Thanks for keeping my data secure! I only provided my email address to get a renewal acceptance confirmation which didn't happen.”

“The time had arrived for the annual review and frustration of car insurance renewal. I was expecting the usual price hike that we are all irritated by especially those of us who remember discounting for loyalty. I was however pleasantly surprised to find that the premium had been reduced compared to last years competitive rate. How refreshing. Needless to say, I didn’t feel it necessary to check out alternatives and renewed immediately. It’s nice to see a company bucking the trend of greed.”

“Quite a wait to get through to claims dept but when I did they were helpful and answered my questions. They said the assesors or repairers would be in touch but still waiting after two days. Still dont know what is happening.”
