“People beware, if you pay the first 2 instalments by card authorisation, if you want a direct debit set up make sure you ask for one. My card expired during my insurance period. I thought the payments would just keep coming off. A card authorisation is not the same as a direct debit. I was charged the princely sum of 25 quid for the letter they sent me saying the bank would not authorise the payment as the long number on my card had changed. I will definately be more aware of the process.”

“For the first time I have had to make a claim for an accident abroad this year. The medical centre who treated me, dealt directly with the insurance, I just had to pay the excess. Very happy with the service.”
