“i have been driving for 30 years with full no claims bonus and clean driving licence but when i went to change my policy over to a new car they told me i couldnt do that. they said i would have to cancell my policy at a cost of £75 and take out a new policy to which they quoted an extraordinary price to which i have never heard before in my life needless to say i cancelled at an exspense of £75 to myself and went elsewhere so no i definately would not recommend budget insurance company to anyone.”

“very poor communication during my claim and tried to say i was not covered for to and from work also offered me a different repairer after my van was already under repair with there choice other than that no communication what so ever will hear from them when they want my money for new policy.seeing it was my first claim in 40 years of driving thought they would have been more helpfull”

“One important thing for me was the date of direct debit. I stated 1st of month but it is being taken around 17th or 18th of month for some reason. Not what I asked for.”

“Cheap and cheerful, never waiting on hold, calls answered straight away. The web portal works well and policy changes can be made there. Only downside is they will charge you for everything, admin costs apparently.”

“This was a very easy transaction, i had received my renewal notice from my insurer, went online to get quotes, and found that i could get the same insurance from the same provider by looking on this website, only cheaper. Brilliant!!!”
