“As with all insurance companies the proof of the pudding will come when you have to make a claim. That said the Churchill car insurance policy was extremely competitive, easy to understand and provided better cover than my previous insurer at a lower cost. They are 5 star rated and provide regular e-mail updates on general motoring matters which are mostly a good read. My only criticism was when completing a "fun" online multiple choice motoring quiz they failed to provide the right answers and I could find no easy way of remedying this which made me feel somewhat "cheated" and having wasted my time. Renewal in a few months time will test whether I only received this good offer because I was a new customer with no record of claims in 40 years of driving.”

“I felt relaxed taking out my insurance with church hill. I am not an expert in details about insurance as it seems very complicated, but I feel comfortable with putting my trust in church hills hands and feel they will look after me as advertised. Thank you.”

“Mixed messages cheap on line much hazzle further down! The right arm do not know what the left is doing! Some calm and some stressed people on the phones. Upfront with all but still problems with them... Don t go with Churchill not a great experience... You get what you pay for we will go back to a more professional company! A shame they are this way when so many uninsured drivers! We want to do the right thing... Avoid... deal with them at your peril you will waste much time...”

“Churchill were spot on with insuring me very ifficient & straight forward doing it . I couldn't believe how much cheaper they were than saga who I had been with for sometime I will not be ringing them again ! &I would recommend Churchill to anybody . Thanks again”

“Had to notify them of a change of address for car insurance to a safer area in a more secure coded parking area. The premium went up and a admin charge of over £20.00 was made. I inquired about cancellation, as they were now more expensive than other providers. Fee £50.00 to cancel, so had me over a barrel. Then the audacity to try and sell me home insurance! Churchill, you are shysters. Never again.”

“took the breakdown cover but when they inspected our boiler they asked for all previous service reports which I am sure they know no one keeps so they have weaselled their way out of helping . I am never going to use them again - the engineer told us this was their way of getting out of helping so its obviously a tactic they frequently use don't use their insurance they will tryand worm out of helping you”
