Excellent, customer service, great price and very easy to navigate, I really like the fact that I get a text message every month, when My payment is taken. I have 100 % recommended this company too ALL my family and friends.

Process of taking out insurance was really easy, questioned the renewal price and as I had been quoted less from a comparison site they matched the price

Renewed again with Dial Direct , the renewal price was better then insurance offers from other companies . Also i have some extras added to my policy which makes it even better Fortunately I haven’t had do a claim yet and would gladly recommend to family and friends

I wanted to add a 2010 KA using exact same criteria to my policy for which l had been charged £209 pa for a 2010 corsa. I was told it would cost £370 to do so and that this was the best price although the agent didn’t know why it was expensive… Well me neither!!

So easy to navigate, they gave me chance to shop around but no-one was coming out any cheaper so it was easier to just stay with dial direct

Coming up for the third year and found. no great reason to change. I know prices go up all the time so didn't bother checking. Maybe next year I'll have a look around.

Added a new driver to existing policy then went away on hols. They cancelled my policy with 2 hours notice as I didn't' give them the info they wrote to me about I was away so did not get letter no emails or telephone calls in between would never use this company again no common sense had been wither for years.

Dial Direct value loyalty that's for sure. This is my second year insuring my elderly MX5 Roadster with Dialdirect. I received a renewal notification about a month in advance, which gave me time to look around for another company at a more competitive price. Bearing in mind my 1st year with DD (whereby I had 1 years NCD) cost £144 pa. The renewal with 2 years NCD was £175.25 pa. I found another company with exactly the same features i.e. Legal, Breakdown etc for £135 pa. However, owing to being hospitalised during the renewal date I was unable to switch in time, so left my cover with Dialdirect. I was asked to provide feedback with Trust Pilot and subsequently marked them down on pricing, bearing in mind this was my 2nd year with them and having another years NCD. Thinking nothing more of it, I received a call from Dialdirect (a lady named as Rachael), stating that she had received my feedback and in view of the comments made about pricing she was going to refund me £32.52. Thanks once again Rachael. Its refreshing to see that Dialdirect values feedback and wants to keep hold of loyal customers. Keep up the good work.

I'm into my second year of being insured with them and so far everything seems to be okay. The price was reasonable too.
