Price nearly doubled in 2 years went to cancel and they want so much more , joke of a company will defo change next year

Im an OAP with a 100% record of no claims but was still asked to pay £170 more on me on renewing my car insurance. I think this quote was grossly unfair and way too expensive, I only live on my meagre pension.

Always easy to use and have had no problems in the past and I have two cars insured with them, but at renewal this year I managed to get it else where for £75 cheaper and the excess dropped by £200 so it was a no brainer. Will always look at Direct Dial when renewal comes around but sadly not this time.

Website is easy to navigate, and above all the premium was a lot better than what I was quoted on comparison sites....so much so I had to check I filled in all the details correctly....I had. That was last year's cover (1st time with DialDirect), this year I had a timely reminder that the insurance was becoming due.....when I received this year's premium I was pretty impressed...it had increased by £7! Obviously I am still with them....hopefully this will continue.

I now insure both our cars with Dial Direct, I think they treat existing customers well at renewal time, although our insurance went up slightly, well known comparison sites still could not beat the price offered. I review our insurance every year but will stick with one company if they treat me well, Disl Direct has.

Easy to deal with I tend to use a phone rather than online . My renewal was a bit on the heavy side this year but after talking to a member of the team we reached a compromise which suited both parties . The art of compromise lives on👍

After the incident all my contact with Dial Direct has been clear and easy for follow. Prompt service from the nominated garage and lots of support if I needed it.

The cost of my insurance had gone up, however I didn’t really get a good explanation why. I have not made any type of claim or even an accident. The only other concern, I have is the dialdirect agent was suppose to phone me, concerning the annual automatic renewal to my current policy for the following year. I did not want this feature tied into the current policy.

This is my second year with dialdirect as provider of vehicle insurance, I was very pleased that the company kept their price increase to a reasonable level.
