“I made two phone calls to make a claim, the first one I held on for over 45 minutes, gave up and sent an email asking to be contacted, a week later, still waiting. The second call I made took over 35 minutes to be answered. In all fairness the young gentleman who dealt with my claim was extremely helpful.”
