“I have just received a letter from yourselves stating that my insurance premium will go up from £109 a month to £431! This was due to an oversight on my part where I forgot to disclose a claim that my named driver had in another vehicle not relating to this insurance. I called to take her off the policy and was told they could only reduce it to £305! Even your staff said that was extortionate! It leaves me no option but to cancel my policy and look elsewhere? I have been a loyal customer with you for over 6 years. Very disappointed”

“Sizeable increase on last year but wanted the RAC cover but wasn’t impressed when after renewing was told that the Motor Legal Protection wasn’t included which was last year no effort made on their behalf to rectify this and they know about their mistake”
