Absolutely wish I had never started a contract with Dial Direct. They call them selves customer service executives, which is hilarious. I wish they were as helpful and nice when they tried to get me to start my a contract with them. Every time I try to call them they take forever to answer and little did I know that when you take a business contract out you have no consumer rights! I have been unhappy from the start and I demanded for them to end my contract within a week of starting my new contract with them. I wish I had stayed with EE!!! Who are extremely helpful, and always pleased to hear from their customers, and will call back if you are accidentally cut off! Well those at Dial Direct do neither. Terrible terrible terrible!! I’m stuck in a 36 month contract and my network coverage is terrible, but hey who cares because I am stuck in a contract and receive messages mostly 2 days later. Not impressed.

Dial direct customer service are very prompt at answering calls, but in the same breath not so quick to return calls. 3 times I called to cancel a potential claim, computer down each time and never returned calls. Hence my insurance went up.

It's very unusual for me to use the same car insurance company two years in a row. But Dial direct not only gave me a good deal for a second year, but when I phoned them, they dropped the price. Also, the girl I spoke to me was excellent.

After a non fault accident Dial Direct were excellent. Because it happens during lockdown (I was visiting my elderly mother). Everything was done by telephone from form filling and checking to see if I suffered any injury (fortunately none). My car was a write-off and the settlement was very good. I have since taken out Home contents and Building Insurance with them. Every monthly payment I make they send me confirmation by email. Thanks Dial Direct.

Sad to say, as most people would, it is far from a pleasant experience to be involved in a car accident, I don`t think mine could have been handled any better than it has been by Dial Direct and its partners. So much so that talking with friends about my situation, they were also very impressed, to the effect that a couple are thinking of changing Insurers!!

Was charged a £20 failed payment charge when I first signed up with them when they tried to take a payment too early from my account this was then took off my account however when I went to renew with them I then got told it had been revoked after explaining again why it was on there they then said it would be took off again I received an email to contact then to which I was told it wasn’t a failed payment charge but an admin fee. Clearly states on policy failed payments £20 and admin fees are £25. I’ve now raised a complaint and awaiting the decision but if I new it would of took this much of my time in phone called and emails I would not of renewed my policy with them.

I have only needed to contact the company to update a credit card number. The lady I dealt with was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Communications seek good too.
