“It's such a relief in the modern world to be able to get hold of a real person at the other end of the telephone - and Dial Direct's customer service does just that. The renewal price was most competitive and the initial email reminded me of last year's cost, so no guess work or searching for old files. Access to the new documents was immediately available for me to check. All in all a very efficient, clear service, thanks.”

“Very cheap price.....and my insurance also dropped over a 100 with one years ncb...that was on the automatic renewal.....1st time I can remember that ever happening in over 30 years driving......usually stays the same when you gain that extra 1 year ncb....”
