“Customer service fine as always...until my credit card came in . I found you have charged me twice for my car insurance ...not happy ...now I’ve paid my credit card bill, and told 5 working days before I get £178 refund . And of course that will show on next months statement. So this month I’m down £178 can’t check my refund has happened until after bank holiday. So don’t know if refund is in yet.”
