“Very pleasant staff to deal with. I’d have given 5 stars if our premium hadn’t risen so much and we haven’t made a claim. This is our third year as customers, hopefully premiums stay favourable in the future.”

“Always very helpful on renewal with excellent pricing used Dial Direct for many years always the most competitive. The only thing I don't like is the automatic renewal you have to call again to make sure it's removed”
