“I purchased home insurance online but l had a query about the renewal and dial direct have a phone number so it was easy to contact them. They were very helpful, professional and solved my query. I didn’t have to wait long to get through on the phone.”

“Everything is fine until you need to end your policy. I sold my vehicle 2 months before the end of the policy term and I got charged a £60 cancellation fee, for which I actually had to pay £51 just to cancel the policy early. This was despite having paid 80% of the total amount. This cancellation fee was a rip-off in my opinion. So, just be aware of that before you sign up.”

“I prefer a paper copy of my policy which I times the box for but it never ever arrived so I only have pdf copies on my email which can be easily lost while tidying up you phone memory but as I have never had to use it and now my policy will be due for renewal in a couple of months now”
