“I had one claim a few years ago which was dealt with to the highest standard and so I feel a bit obligated to Dial Direct. But costs have risen and next year I will take a harder look around before renewal.”

“Car insurance no problems, home insurance with loss adjusters it's absolutely terrible. Five months after the incident nothing has been started. Really angry with Questgates I can't state strongly enough how I feel about them.”

“Price was even better than last year Do wish the years discount would increase ie stops at 9 years no claims , should increase every year Plus insurance is only as good as the results pending any claims, which I haven’t “touch wood” had to claim”
