“I have never had to claim yet so can't go over the top with comments. This year was the easiest insurance i have ever taken out but was surprised you had kept my payment details on file. But it made things so easy and the price was exceptional. I have told my niece today to try Dial Direct you will definitely beat the price she has been quoted. In difficult times it's nice to find good value but Dial Direct gave me that. I would like Dial Direct to do this survey with Customers who have claimed to see how you did.”

“Easy to get in touch with. The last two renewals, have come down in premium and not up per year, like the other ones I have used. I have not tried to claim yet, and let's hope I don't have to. That is when you really know how good they are, so far so good.”
