“After calling I got my renewal down to an exceptable level. It's just a pity that I wasn't offered this to start though, after having insurance with you for several years. REWARD LOYALLY.”

“Always very helpful on renewal with excellent pricing used Dial Direct for many years always the most competitive. The only thing I don't like is the automatic renewal you have to call again to make sure it's removed”
