“Like ALL Insurance companies they increase your insurance upon renewal which personally I think is a rip off, especially when you have not claimed (for 20 years or more). However at least Dial Direct do make renewal easy and I suppose like other insurers did not hike my price crazy.”

“Considering some of the quotes received, and taking into account all insurances have increased ( not necessarily in small amounts) was satisfied this was the best I could get and been with them for 3/4 years now. Luckily never had to claim, so nothing else to comment on.”

“Customer service is first class and Dial Direct is easy to contact. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and found them to be quick and efficient. My price this year for the maximum permitted (9 years) no claims bonus was higher than expected though probably due to the cost of living crisis. Other than that I’m a happy customer.”

“Yes my quote for my car and vans are ok but to add my son who is only 19 to my insurance the prise was horrendous how do young drivers surpose to afford there insurance 5000 to 6000 thousand a year”
