“Needed some changes to last years insurance, Customer Service Advisor was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and competent. She made suitable adjustments once she was made aware of my husbands hearing difficulty and once requested and confirmation obtained interacted with us both during the call. Further, once all details were input we had a cheaper deal than the renewal quote or last years insurance - and even a small refund as the renewal was slightly sooner - winner!!!!! Thanks all around.”

“Usually very good service & price competitive only disappointed when tried to add another car to my present policy as original car in garage for major repair. Was told I needed a new policy for the loan car don’t think it was flexible for me”

“For the time I have been with DD I had a reasonable cost of £250 for a mid range family car, I then moved to an area with less crime and had an increase of £50 and then the renewal arrived and had increased to £550 in 2 years. Needless to say along with other provider it is clear they collaborate to increase prices with no justification apart from financial greed. I suppose the insurance industry was feeling left out of the pillaging of the country’s resources/finances that the politicians, bankers and energy companies are currently doing. The company is a disgrace! Nothing more than corporate terrorist!”

“This is the 3rd year I’ve been with dialdirect. In my initial year the quote was competitive and I was really happy, even sharing my experience with family, friends and colleagues, who also took over with dialdirect. Not having any accidents or convictions the renewal in my second year saw a small increase, which I believed was reasonable. Again following a further year without accidents or convictions my renewal arrived for the period Nov’23-Nov’24 (my 3rd year)..it had increase over 100%. I am almost 60 years of age, Civil Servant with no accidents or convictions, driving a car almost 15 years old. I have taken this years cover, but I will NOT be renewing in November ‘24, and shared my increase with the friends, family and colleagues who had taken cover following my early positive experience. They have assured me they will not be renewing with dialdirect. Regards Mr D P Fox”
