I made two phone calls to make a claim, the first one I held on for over 45 minutes, gave up and sent an email asking to be contacted, a week later, still waiting. The second call I made took over 35 minutes to be answered. In all fairness the young gentleman who dealt with my claim was extremely helpful.

I’ve been with dial direct for a few years, could of got it cheaper as they put the price up from last year without any claims, but I couldn’t be bothered to speak to someone in Timbuktu. It’s so easy with dial direct and I believe in loyalty.

I have only been insured with DialDirect for two years. Their premium went up from year 1 to year 2 despite the absence of any claims during the year. I queried this in their feedback form, and they halved the amount of the increase, which was welcome. I don't have a claim history with DialDirect. I consider that to be the acid test of an insurance relationship. So far DD seem easy to get in touch with and to deal with.

I have been happy with D Dial but last time there was some error and my renewal price had doubled. I cancelled the renewal and it was only when I phoned to get the dates of my claim that I discovered an error was on my account and a second claim had been registered for something which I hadn’t made a claim for and that was why the premium doubled, when they corrected it the price went down a bit but was still high.
