“Disappointing (although understandable)increase in premium so I phoned to inquire if that was the best price they could offer the operative in the call centre was difficult to understand and didn’t seem understand what I was asking. I eventually gave up and paid the premium, hopefully I will have a mor positive experience next year 🤞”

“Initial quote for continuing was significantly higher than previous year despite no claims etc. After feedback, DD contacted me and gave a reduced quote which was more in line with expectations. Would have been nice to have the amended quote initially to avoid having to query cost.”
