“Dial direct has dealt with our car insurance for a few years now.We have been hit from behind whilst stationary which was quite traumatic as it was a lorry that hit us! Dial Direct fealt with everything we needed with professionalism and understanding under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a car insurance. “I've been with DirectDial for a few years now and I would like to say that my policy is very reasonably priced including breakdown cover at a price comparable to other insurance providers which don't include breakdown cover. Last year the renewal was twenty percent higher the the previous year, when I complained the increase was waived by a very nice lady in South Africa. Which goes to show, if you don't ask you don't anything.”
