“Dial Direct is a great company. They have very helpful staff and premiums are the best. I recently had to make a claim and it went through very smoothly and quick. Highly recommended.”

“Good prices even compared to online. However... they sent me a renewal quote £150 higher than last year, £150!!!!!. On calling they immediately got it down to my last years quote. Presume they hope people wont call to question it. I asked why the didn't send me that initially and remained quite confirming my suspicions. Not cutting my nose off spite my face carried on with them.”

“really surprised to find a company who looks after existing customers when up for renewal, and not just hike up the cost hoping that you will pay up without checking first, great please keep it up and i for one will certainly stay on board.”

“Worst insurance ever, the claim process and lies is very bad. I will recommend everyone to change your service provider. I have never claimed from dial direct over 3 years and yet they still give you a hard time. And this vlaim is for a windscreen imagine a accident claim.”

“They auto renewed my policy and put it up from 50 to 85 pounds? Why the car is older the house is the same and there are no new convictions on my licence should be put under the nose of trading standards, i have looked at other policies and will be changing as they have upped it to 35 pounds over the cheapest offer on compare the marked, come and meet me at that or as it was last year and I will change the review to more favourable rating”

“Was with them long. Cancelled policy and moved to a competitor. Dial direct are not nice people to deal with. All things must pass. They were fired by me on Monday.”
