“A no frills no problem insurance”

“Renewal was straightforward, although I was a bit miffed because my premium had doubled, in hindsight I should have got on the phone and negotiated a reduction, won’t make that mistake next year.”

“I thought my insurance covered breakdown.To my dismay RAC quoted £195 to come to the scene and fix a new tyre. I went elsewhere and got a new tyre for a lot less. Can you tell me why my insurance did not cover this?”

“I received my quote to renew my insurance. I thought this was quite expensive so queried this with a sales person who immediately was able to give a discount which I accepted. I consider this as fair service.”

“My car insurance premium was up for renewal but my initial quote was an increase on last year, having received a number of other slightly cheaper quotes I contacted Direct Line and spoke with a very helpful advisor who was able to reduce my premium for this year’s renewal. Excellent, efficient and helpful service.”

“Once again I chose to renew my insurance with dial direct. With insurance going up I knew my premium would be higher this year but dial direct came in very competitive, with this it made sense to renew. I’m not a fan of shopping around, I do like to stay with what I know. But I will always compare and make sure I’m getting a good deal. Dial direct are easy to communicate with and a pleasure to do business with, I would highly recommend 👍”
