Have been with Dial Direct for many years and found them competitively priced. Available to speak when needed especially around renewal time but able to view all documents on your online account. Recommended.

I tried to change my existing insurance to a new vehicle and the new price quoted me was almost doube what I was already paying. This seems foolish to me that you do this for an existing customer. I declined your offer and took out insurance with one of your competitors for £200 less than you could offer me. Perhaps you should make this sort of change in insurance alot cheaper if you want loyalty from your customers

Terrible that my car insurance doubled without my consent. I have been sick, so unable to receive emails. Next thing I know my bank account indicates that my car insurance cost has doubled. I phone up, no manager to talk to , told I could go ahead and cancel anyway and not pay and argue it out with the finance team. I didn't think that would put me in a good legal footing so I'm waiting for a call back on Monday. I am not going pay for cancelling a policy i did not agree to. Automatic renewal of insurance for customers who are sick is not moral, in fact automatic renewal is stealing with the justification of 'we did email you, it says in the clause of your policy.' No one spoke to me, I did not consent. Insurance companies should be held accountable for making rules that suit their pockets but not their clients. It's white collar theft.

Renewed for what is third time with D Direct. Staff are all polite and helpful. Only feedback is on option for D Direct to just email you as attachment, your policy, so forced to go into a portal to view etc. Not everyone wants to keep creating passwords and accessing portals to get policy documents.

Very happy with Dial Direct. After having an extortionate renewal quote which I paid they phoned me with a new quote and gave me a rebate. I was very surprised and happy with the outcome.

What I like about Dial Direct is that they kept the premium competitive. It is also easy to contact customer services who have always been very helpful. Luckily I haven't had any accident or problems in the past few years, so I don't know how that would be dealt with, but I am sure they will be helpful and clear.

Although I was initially astounded at the rise in costs compared to the previous year, after further discussion I got my car insurance at a very acceptable price in comparison to other insurers. Customer Service were professional and decisive.
