“I have had no problems with Dial Direct. They have been very helpful when I've called. I like them that much I always hope they beat the other quotes I get and so far they are on par. I have been with them for a few years now and hope to remain with them but I'm always aware I need to look for the best price. I would like to give a massive shout out to all the hard working staff. You also make this one of the best insurers I have been with. Please keep up the good work and always make my quote the cheapest.”

“When I received my renewal quote, was disappointed how much it had gone up. I had already checked with comparison sites. Although not the cheapest I decided to stay with Dial Direct for another year. I like that I can check my documents anytime, the site is easy to navigate and the service is good”

“Great portal allows you to access all your documents at any time. Renewals come via the portal too and it is very easy to compare new quote with previous premium. The latest quote was competitive. I have made one claim and was very happy with the response and customer service. Following the latest renewal quote I wanted to speak to someone and got through very quickly. They gave me great service. Great all-round service.”

“Been with Dial Direct for about six year's and everything has been really good until this year. My policy price rose by over twenty five per cent and when I complained about it the response was very disappointing, I will definitely change to another insurer next year”
