I have been with Dial Direct for a couple of years and have been pleased and impressed with the service that I have experienced. The renewal process was speedy and efficient and the cost very pleasing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the website easy to use. I have no hesitation in recommending Dial Direct to future customers.

My insurance has shot up from £258 last year to nearly My insurance has rocketed from £258 last year to nearly £700 this year, simply because I have changed my car. Just about everything is the same except that the car is a Seat and a year or two younger. This is a disgrace and I should like you to remind me of the charges for cancelling my policy as I have several far cheaper quotes.

This is our second year with Dial Direct and very happy with the service. The renewal process was effortless and the price was unmatchable! They were easy to contact and answered satisfactorily the few questions I had with ease. No need to look elsewhere.

Dial direct are easy to contact and are happy to resolve any query. They are a competitive company which strive to take the stress away by explaining what is covered in your policy. Covered again for the second year as my policy only went up a little.

This is my second year i am very pleased with the price,my only gripe is myself and my daughter can’t get into the self service center she wanted to print my policy of for me but it wouldn’t let us past logging in page ,luckily I have still got my last years copy because I didn’t make any changes.Also it took ages to find a phone number to ring so gave up.I am nearly 80not very savvy with computer so I do like paper copies.Other than that I am pleased with them

My experience thus far in trying to sort things out after an accident has been nothing short of comical, as well as incredibly stressful and frustrating. I have had to go through the details of what happened three times with three different people, being passed around between Premier Insurance, Budget Insurance, Davies Group, repair management teams, claims teams etc. It is an absolute joke. I have been cut off by two different people just this morning. I am waiting for somebody to contact me to make arrangements to evaluate my car, take it to a garage. Nobody is helping me, they just pass me onto somebody else. Absolutely appalling experience.

Customer service was excellent they were very knowledgeable and helpful and the price quoted was very reasonable. this is in my 2nd year with them and would recommend them to anyone. I am an 80 year old pensioner and delighted with the service
