“Auto renew took place without offering a renewal price .by passing any comparisions ONLY found out by banking audit. Customer service had to be contacted. then process of refund to my Bank had to take place. on a clerical error /machine error to over charge that I had to question never before had this happened Hope it does not happen to anyone else.”

“They tend to keep prices down and give you good value for money. I havent had to get in touch so dont know on that side but communication though text is good when my insurance needed replaning send documents over via emal...so yes good company...good prices.”
