“I've been with DirectDial for a few years now and I would like to say that my policy is very reasonably priced including breakdown cover at a price comparable to other insurance providers which don't include breakdown cover. Last year the renewal was twenty percent higher the the previous year, when I complained the increase was waived by a very nice lady in South Africa. Which goes to show, if you don't ask you don't anything.”

“Very disppointed, Renewal was made with Renewal quote sent. So disappointed as I am a retired pensioner and to take over £800 of me with my authorisation make me angry. I would appreciate a call back to ask why this happened.”

“Dial Direct Looks ok until you start to make a claim then it becomes an issue, been waiting for a ceiling to be fixed since November, first asked if i wanted to use my own builder and when told then can deal with it they go back and forth with their own builder about price, this is absolutely ridiculous, when you dig deep into the policy doesn't seem to insure you on much nearly everything states we do not cover for, i will be cancelling my policy as soon as the work is completed”
