“My payment per month went from £16 to £45 so not happy will find another company…. Iv got full no claims but still you put it up .”

“I am now in my third year with Dial Direct and cannot fault them at all when it comes to Customer Service ..... everybody i have ever spoken to has always been so helpful and friendly. When my renewal quote for this year came in it was cosiderably higher than last year and i must admit i did hesitate . I left it for a couple of days and checked all comparison sites for like for like coverage quotes. Wow, the difference! Needless to say I am still with Dial Direct. I couldn't get my premium any less but had i refused it i would have paid a lot more anywhere else! My cover included No claims discount protection, Motor legal protection and RAC Breakdown Assistance, all of which are extra's with many of the other insurers. Keep it up, Dial Direct, and thanks.”

“The service received from Dial Direct has always been excellent. For the first time in 3 years my premium went up by quite a bit but on checking with other suppliers it was still really good value and cover was including breakdown which others do not provide. I have recommended a friend to this company and he was very pleased with insurance offer which was a lot cheaper than his previous supplier with much better cover. I am really happy with the service that Dial Direct provides.”

“The insurance policy is first class but still had to shop around when I received my renewal price, could have got it cheaper but after phone call to you this was ( except for a few £ more) matched. Well done dialdirect !”
