“Had lot's of problems trying to renew my policy due to dialdirect not satisfying my bank's security questions, they did this a few times and tried to charge me extra each time. I then gave them my card which they used last year and they were able to take the payment. All was well untill about 10 days later when they duplicated my payment,so I had paid twice. When I contacted dialdirect about this they said they would refund me but they couldn't do it straight away and it would take a week or two? Do not understand this apart from the money is in their bank. Haven't had refund yet so we will have to wait and see how long it takes.”
