“I had a breakdown last year, It was night time around 2100H. I called Dial Direct recovery, the RAC & they came in a few minutes & towed our in going to the nearest garage in our place. The driver was very helpful.”

“Have just auto renewed my van insurance with this company and it was so easy to do. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the renewal price was very very good. No haggling needed. By auto renewing it saved me hours of time, as all the hard work had already been done for me by Dial direct. Just checking and agreeing and confirming renewal details online. All the information for renewal is written for you, mine was all correct, so no phone calls needed. Job done until next year. Well done Dial Direct, wish other companies made it so easy to renew.”
