“Quite satisfied with the whole transaction, easy to do on line. What I wasn't happy with was the jump in price, yes I could have got cheaper. Yes I could probably negotiated a better price with them. But didn't have the time. And the probably realise this, as do many other insurance companies. Or it's the same old, you was a new customer last year,. Look after your old clients!”

“l bought new car tried to swap insurance cover to new car ,was told l could not do this and that l would need to start new policy ,lost 6 months car insurance and astronomical quote ,asked to speak to manager they put phone down because l was not happy waiting for upto 48 hours to speak to manager”

“Just cancelled my insurance Just cancelled my insurance, asked for my no claims information, there is an accident that I have not/never been involved in; I made them aware in December and still nothing has been done, my new insurance is due to be cancelled as they will not remove. Avoid at all costs - 8 phone calls later; 3 hang-ups, 1 complaint - and that's just today and I am nowhere closer to any solution. No-one seems to know anything at all there - AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“I didn't get any information near the time of renewal, wasn't warned on how much the price had gone up, so no friendly call to see if they could reduce or go ahead on the extortionate price rise. Then they took double amount out of my account without informing me why. Can't cancel now as would cost me a fortune. Not a happy customer and will not use again for the following year”
