“Really efficient service. I had my renewal for my second year and there was no fuss and the quote was £1 more than my previous year. Previously I have had to change insurance companies as the 2nd year quote has been so much more expensive and that was without any claims too. Thankfully I have not made a claim whilst with dial direct but for the service they have provided up until now I would definitely recommend them.”

“Just renewed my car insurance with Dial direct, in my first year I had to make a claim after been hit from behind the way dial direct handled my claim was second to none, I didn't have to stress about a thing they did everything for me in a very professionall manner, so when my renew quote was even lower for this year it was a no brained,”

“Very fair & reasonable renewal quote & price adhered to when telephoned. Agent on phone was helpful & efficient & I easily renewed without fuss. The online paperwork was very simply retrieved.
