“I've used Dial Direct for several years now and am very happy with the price and service, the 'phone team is always very helpful. I do though wish they'd quote their best price to returning customers at renewal time to avoid the pantomime of having to go though price check websites only to spring a wonderful deal when you say you're leaving. Most insurance and 'phone companies seem to do it these days so this frustration is not just a aimed at Dial Direct. That aside, I'm very happy and hope to stay with Dial Direct at my next renewal.”

“This is my second year with Dial Direct who have covered the insurance for my house contents. As with previous insurance companies, I have used, I was expecting the price to be much higher than it turned out to be for my second year, so I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that the increase was reasonable. Luckily I have not had to make a claim as yet and what little contact I've had with the company has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company.”

“Never ever have I had any problems dealing with Dial Direct as we use them for both Home & car insurance, The telephone staff have always been so helpful & very courteous in every way, I would certainly recommend Dial Direct to anyone looking for insurance for whatever their needs maybe Chrissy D”
