“their prices at renewal stayed nearly the same as last year,stopped me serching compare sites,the rac breakdown i have needed and r very reliable also having had a accident -dial direct did everything i would have hoped to ease my worries and put me back on the road”

“Dealing with operators is excellent. Fortunately we haven't had to contact with a claim which is the real test of an insurance company. Hopefully they will be as good as they are at collecting the premiums.”

“Although I haven't had to make a claim I have found Dial Direct very fair. They owned up when I overpaid on my policy and before my last policy ended gave me a £10 Just Eat voucher as a thanks for my custom. I can't fault them on my experience.”
