“I recently renewed my home insurance with Direct Dial. I always use comparison sites before renewing any insurance yet Direct Dial still came out cheapest. I think that's the first time that has happened to me. I did phone up to see if they could reduce it a little bit. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and professional. She was based in the UK. She did manage to knock a few quid off the price so I really went away feeling pretty good about Direct Dial. Haven't had to make any claims and hopefully I won't have to, so can'tcommenton that aspect. I have house, building & contents, emergency cover and legal. I always get emergency, 20 years ago my kitchen door was broken into, my car keys taken and my car taken. Being a bit traumatised it was great to phone up an emergency helpline and got the house secured that morning.”

“The service was pretty straight forward with Dial Direct & they were the best price for me. I had to change my insurance to show my car was being used for business purposes half way through the year, which only cost a few extra £ per month. After a quick search when my insurance was due for renewal I let it roll over because again they were the best price, with having Breakdown, Windscreen and Legal cover. Very Happy.”
