“After being hit by another car my husband phoned dial direct. we could not of asked for a better service, got our car repaired provided a hire car just brilliant, and also checked on our welfare & kept us informed at all times and not over expensive good value for money.”

“I've renewed my policy with Dial Direct because they offered the best renewal price automatically compared to its competitors. Service were top-notch too. I had a broken down vehicle due to the battery had no juice left, the RAC came to the rescue and replaced the battery there and then (at additional cost however). Customer Services were very helpful. Recommended if they offer you a competitive price.”
