“An email to say I was over charged for my insurance and it was being refunded , Thankyou”

“I rang to request my renewal quote (it had been posted but there have been postal delays in my area and I had not received it). I got the quote and said I would ring back to confirm or refuse renewal. The customer service agent was very helpful and answered a couple of questions that I had. I felt confident with their answers. After checking I cold get a slightly better deal but, as I had been with Direct Dial before and pleased with their serviec I rang to accept the renewal quote, which was slightly discounted. I have nothad cause to make a claim but have been happy with the service that I have received in the last 3 years,”

“I can honestly say that I’d never think of going too any different insurance group other than Dial Direct. The service and ease of using them too insure my car was quick and completed very easily,best part of it is they will find you the best deal and match it so very good. As I know a lot of customers shop around for the best bargains/deals when it comes too insuring their cars but when you use a reputable company like Dial Direct customers can feel reassured as they really don’t need too as they can’t be beaten. Great Quick and Easy Thanx Dial Direct you rock”
